The organic Siculum D.O.P in the last years has been chosen among the best D.O.P Italians oils.
Siculum D.O.P is extracted from the cultivar Tonda Iblea which has dominated for hundreds of years the Gulfi area. It produces a golden green oil with a scent of just mowed grass.
Its taste is undoubtedly balanced, spicy and bitter with a noticeable scent of green tomatoes, artichoke and fruits.
Olives are picked up and smashed with in 24 hours.
